Q: What is an Entertainment Experience prize?
A: The Entertainment Experience prize is a free entry admission or session at participating venues listed on this promotional prize website. There’s heaps of great name attractions and activities to choose from including Aquariums, art lessons, bowling, paintballing, mini golf, bowling and more.
Q: How do I claim my Entertainment Experience prize?
A: You will automatically receive an email acknowledging your successful renewal and advising that you are eligible to claim one (1) experience of your choice.
Once you’ve received your unique claim code via email, go to www.rewardroom.com.au/amaysimexperiences to create an account or sign in as a guest. Then choose your state and preferred venue. You'll receive an email within 24 hours with an eVoucher to be presented at your chosen venue/activity for your session/admission.
Q: Where can I use an Entertainment Experience evoucher?
A: You can use it at one of the venues listed on this website
Q: Do I need to pre-book my Entertainment Experience?
A: This depends on the type of activity and venue you choose. If pre-booking is required it will be stated on your evoucher.
Q: The venue I wanted to claim is no longer listed. Why is that?
A: Some venues have limits on the number of free admission/session evouchers available as part of this prize promotion. These limits are shown on the venue listing. Once these limits have been reached the venue/s is removed from this promotional website.
Q: I’ve won two (2) Entertainment Experience prizes, can I use them both at the same time?
A: No. Only one Entertainment Experience evoucher may be used per group. If you’re lucky enough to have won more than one Entertainment Experience, you can use it on your next visit or claim an evoucher for an alternative venue.
Q: I can’t find my Entertainment Experience evoucher. Can I get another copy?
A: Yes, if you are a registered user login to your Reward Room account and select My Vouchers to access a copy of a previous voucher or to resend it via email. If you entered the site as a guest only send the team an email at rewardroom@jandc.com.au with your name and name of the venue, and we will provide you a link to your eVoucher.
Q: When do Entertainment Experience vouchers need to be claimed and used?
A: You will need to claim your Entertainment Experience evoucher on this site by 23.59 on Saturday 31st May 2025 and use your evoucher by the date specified.
